Cresta Del Mar, Casa "Tranquila " - Cabo Corridor

Casa Tranquila is an exercise in the neo-classical style of a rustic hacienda, with authentic touches like brick coppolas and two story campenarias, vessel sinks, wall mounted faucets, arched windows, etc - but with a contemporary twist that melds the old with the new. It is a 4 bedroom, 5 bath home with an additional maid's quarters, wine cellar, and separate casita featuring a 5th bedroom, bath and living room.  Construction commenced in late October, 2006 with over a month devoted to just landfill and retaining walls - the lot had to be raised over a story and a half. Home construction started at middle of December, and was completed October, 2007.
