Every season, we post the progress of a select number of our "in-works" projects, along with a sampling of our finished product.
1) Puerto Los Cabos, El Altillo Section, Casa "Tres Amigos "

In the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos planned community in San Jose Del Cabo, Casa "Tres Amigos " is a spectacular dual-level 5550 sq. foot (interior) home with 4 master suites, maid's quarters, a 5th guest bedroom, steam room, gym, and innovative jacuzzi/pool structured on the ceiling of the lower level, to provide a massive upper-level greatroom/ 2 master suite owner's floor with an 1800 sq. foot entertainment deck. This is the first construction going into El Altillo, which is one of the most prestigious developments in the region.
The client's taste leaned towards "Palmilla" Mexican Riviera architecture with an emphasis on practical, understated elegance, in a package that was generously proportioned without seeming cavernous, and offered optimal privacy for a party of 4 couples staying in the same home for an extended sabbatical. The design places the 4 masters on opposite ends of the house's width, on two levels, all facing the ocean, using the dining room/kitchen/living room as the separating area upstairs, and the 5th guest bedroom as the buffer zone on the lower level. The design features a gym, home theater/family room, and laundry in the lower level. The property's total of 2800 square feet of deck space, entirely finished in cantera, reinforces a lavish sense of vacationing in an exclusive private retreat.

Casa "Tranquila " is a two story, 4600 sq. foot (interior) main house featuring 1500 sq. feet of terraces, a pool and jacuzzi, as well as a 550 sq. foot casita. The design sensibility is old world colonial, updated with modern amenities. It boasts a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a large den, an additional maid's quarters with full bath, a gym, a wine cellar, and a traditional hacienda courtyard replete with cobblestones and fountain. Interior features Travertine floors, custom kitchen with "red dragon" granite countertops, copper farm sink, marble vessel bowl sinks, granite oversized kitchen island, hand-made doors and cabinets, cantera footpath and column/window accents, a two-story campenaria with distressed brick dome interior, hand-wrought ironwork, and a dog run. The greatroom/dining room boasts a 42 foot width and 30 foot depth, with rag painted walls, pocket doors and an uninterrupted ocean and arch view from the top floor greatroom/kitchen/entertainment deck and the expansive master suite, and ocean views from all the lower floor bedrooms. 4) Cresta Del Mar, Casa "Dos Palomas" - Cabo Corridor

A stunning 4 BR, 4.5 bath home in the desirable Cresta Del Mar development, this home is ideally laid out for the large family, or to be leased as an income generating weekly rental. Consisting of 4 master suites on the home's dual levels, two up and two down, on opposite ends of each floor, the client's requirement was for an abode where multiple couples could enjoy secluded privacy under the same roof, in a low-maintenance, sensible layout. All the expected refinements are present - extensive use of native stone, travertine, granite, and cantera. This property features an entryway facade fountain, signature oversized doors and kitchen, hand-made carpentry throughout, exposed brick domes over the dining room, custom pool and jacuzzi...the list goes on and on. Another innovative deck layout wherein the pool is situated on the lower floor's ceiling, to create an upper entertainment area with Arch and ocean views, while the lower floor has a tranquil courtyard environment.
